great location
exclusive feel excellent location
this stay felt exclusive. the location was excellent. the staff was professional. the metro line being a short walk was convenient. a market and souvenir shops were very close. i would stay here again.
the room was small for a suite! i wonder how small a standard room is. the toilet was also small. i booked a suite at a similar price during christmas and it was huge.

Breakfast occurred in a downstairs area. the breakfast seemed good. it looked fresh daily. i did not use the breakfast area myself. i noticed the offerings.

the staff quickly retrieved a belonging accidentally taken during cleaning! i am very grateful for their help. the front desk staff responded quickly. transportation was easily arranged by the staff.

the rooms had comfortable accommodations. the rooms are kept very clean. the rooms are also quiet. the room came with a safe. plenty of lighting exists in the rooms, and the outlets are sufficient.

there is an upstairs lounge to sit in. an elevator exists that worked well. a winding staircase is available. the hotel is quaint. i appreciated the variety of beverages in the mini fridge.

helpful staff clean room equipped room
I appreciated the proximity to many points of interest. Several restaurants were nearby. The staff was helpful and responsive to all requests. The room was clean and properly equipped.
The hallway carpets showed some wear and tear.

the staff was so cute. they offered advice about local attractions and transport. they even printed maps for me.
the air conditioning was off, and i couldn't control the room temperature, even with the windows open.

convenient location polite staff
i found the location near the louvre convenient. the hotel rooms were beautifully appointed. i appreciated the diverse french foods offered at breakfast (especially the cheeses). the staff were very courteous.
